What is MeHub?

Do I need an account to use MeHub?
You can try the platform with 5 free daily credits without an account. To purchase credits, save your creations, or access advanced features, a free account is required.
Is MeHub free to use?
We offer 5 free credits daily with no signup required. For heavier usage, you can purchase credit packs starting at ₹49. There are no subscription fees — you only pay for what you use.
Credits & Billing
What are credits?
Credits are the universal currency across MeHub. Each tool action (generating a QR code, creating an image, running a poll, etc.) costs a fixed number of credits. Instead of subscribing to individual tools, you buy a single pool of credits and use them across all tools.
How much do credits cost?
Credit packs start at ₹49 for 50 credits. The Popular pack gives you 200 credits for ₹149, and the Pro pack offers 700 credits for ₹399. The more you buy, the better the value.
Do purchased credits expire?
No, purchased credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them. The 5 free daily credits reset every 24 hours and do not roll over.
How do I buy credits?
Navigate to the credits page, choose a plan that fits your needs, and complete the purchase. Credits are added to your account instantly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for unused credits. Contact support for a full refund if you haven't spent any credits from your recent purchase.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Your remaining balance carries forward — there's no need to switch plans or lose unused credits.

What tools are available?
MeHub currently offers QR code generation, AI chat, polls, prompts, and AI image generation. More tools are in development.
How many credits does each tool use?
Text-based tools cost 2 credits, and image generation costs 5–10 credits depending on the complexity. Each tool page shows the exact credit cost before you use it.
Can I use tools without an internet connection?
MeHub is a web-based platform and requires an active internet connection to use. Some generated content (like QR codes) can be downloaded and used offline.
Are there usage limits?
Beyond the credits system, there are no hard limits. Your credit balance determines how many actions you can perform. Free accounts get 5 credits daily; purchased credits add to your balance with no cap.
Account & Security
How do I create an account?
Click "Login" on the top navigation bar and choose "Sign up." Enter your email and create a password. You can also use Google OAuth for a faster signup.
How is my data protected?
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your account is protected by secure password hashing. We never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact support or visit your account settings to request account deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days of the request, subject to legal retention requirements.
What data does MeHub collect?
We collect account information (email), usage data (pages visited, features used), and content data (images generated, AI prompts, poll responses). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Technical
Which browsers are supported?
MeHub supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.
Can I use MeHub on mobile?
Yes. MeHub is fully responsive and works on all modern mobile browsers. You can use it on your phone or tablet without downloading any app.
Is there an API available?
API access is coming soon. Registered users will be able to generate QR codes, polls, and more programmatically. Stay tuned for updates.
Why is my image generation taking longer than expected?
Processing time depends on server load and the complexity of the generation. Most images are generated within a few seconds. If it's taking longer, check your network connection and try again.
