3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
- Free daily credits are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MeHub for:
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful content
- Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
- Circumventing any technical restrictions or usage limits
- Generating AI content that is harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of content you create using our tools.
- By using our AI generation features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your inputs to generate outputs.
- You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or distribute through our platform.
6. Intellectual Property
MeHub's name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Our tools allow you to create your own content, which belongs to you. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
MeHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. Credits are non-refundable upon termination for violation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
